Can reconciliation precede the quest for justice?
- The International Criminal Tribunal for the former ICTY/judicial reform, importance of independence of national judiciary
- Return of refugees and displaced persons as a judiciary process, not as a political instrument
- Retributive and restorative justice: only one element for reconciliation 

The role of education, media, local communities, civil society
- The crucial importance of education, common curriculum: is the education system contributing to or hampering the reconciliation process?
