Managing Director and founder of two industrial firms manufacturing and exporting water systems and irrigation equipment worldwide (1964–1982). Freelance Management Consultant (1983–1988). Founder and until recently Executive Director of PDHRE, The People’s Movement for Human Rights Education. Conceived, created, organized, coordinated and administrated the tour of the Israeli-Palestinian art exhibition It’s Possible. It toured the US, Japan and is now in Germany, started in 1988. Organizer of and advisor to workshops on e.g. human rights in more then 60 countries in Asia, Africa, Central Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. Awarded the UN Prize in the Field of Human Rights (2003).

Publications include: Several Human Rights resource packets. Numerous articles on various political issues, including peace and civil liberties in Israel.
