MA, Portland State University, Oregon, USA. Major accomplishments of the CSD under her leadership include: Development of a ”Voters’ guide” for the 1998 Cambodian general election; open forum for regular public debate on national issues such as ”The Khmer Rouge and National Reconciliation”; conducting national survey on corruption in Cambodia.
