	Go back				Toralf Staud Born in the GDR, studied journalism and philosophy in Leipzig and Edinburgh from 1991 to 1998. During his studies he started to work for local and national papers, radio stations and a news agency. Since 1998, he has been responsible for reporting on right-wing extremism and East Germany in the political department of the German national weekly DIE ZEIT.
