The sixth commune teacher training were conducted from August 20-26, 2011 in Kampong Chhnang. Seventy-two history teachers were from all high schools in Kampong Chhnang.
Andrew Cayley, International Co-Prosecutor of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal, presented a paper on “Why Education Matter for the Legal Process?” and led a Q&A session with the teachers in the afternoon of August 23—after the film screening: The Khmer Rouge Rice Fields: The Story of Rape Survivor Taing Kim.
