On April 24, 2014, DC-Cam's Witnessing Justice Project has organized a Public Village Forum (PVF) to discuss the history of Democratic Kampuchea (DK) and the ongoing trial proceedings at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). The forum was held in Pailin province, one of the former Khmer Rouge strongholds, engaging nearly two hundreds former KR members, villagers, local leaders, students and teachers.
