Reach Sambath (July 17, 1964- May 11, 2011), head of the ECCC’s Public Affairs Office and a professor in the Media and Communications Department of the Royal University of Phnom Penh, was a loving husband and caring father of three children. His affable personality, sense of humor, and genuine concern for people complimented his work as a teacher, reporter, and public relations chief. His dedication to his work and his love of life- along with his hearty jokes and laugh- will always be remembered. May his soul rest in peace.
